Great New Delhi tour with Viator and Dream India trip
We spent a wonderful day , visiting New Delhi, with our guide, Sunny Kapoor ! He is very professional, careful and smart. He has a wide knowledge about Indian history, culture…We highly recommend him !

Inutile et arnaque
Nous avons utilisé cette application durant nos vacances à Punta cana .
Nous étions rassuré de savoir que derrière Viator II y avait la crédibilité du groupe Tripadvisor.
Et bien pas du tout !!!!
Nous avons payé 200 euros pour une activité dans un parc aquatique dans la la catalogue Viator .
Le prestataire ne c’est jamais présenté à notre Hôtel avec son bus pour nous acheminer sur le site du parc aquatique convenu !
Le seul moyen pour les joindre est la Messagerie se l’application.
Uniquement en anglais
Il a fallut que je me connecte au wifi de l’hôtel car sinon ce sont des communications internationales !!
Je me suis plaint, le prestataire c’était engagé à venir le lendemain pour un second RDV .
Il ne c’est jamais présenté, nous n’avons pas fait l’activité, n’avons jamais été remboursé et avons perdu du temps pendant nos vacances.
Viator est simplement une plateforme de mise en relation et n’a aucun pouvoir sur les prestataires qu’il sélectionne.
Il empoche juste une commission
A fuir absolument si vous ne voulez pas gâcher vos vacances.
