Not working even if you pay

I paid 20 USD to be able to save my video with subtitles and nothing, the app is bugging, my 20 mn work is gone and I can’t do anything... very disappointed

worked a half hour on the app in order to make a montage, and (first) it didn't save it, but furthermore, when u done, they say it ain't free
