No matter if you are a professional or just seek for some physical destraction, Video Workout at Home helps you manage your daily sport doses. Create your individual workout or choose one of the included plans.
The nice thing is that you never have to workout alone. Our fitness girl Franzi, known from Shopping Queen, Masters of Dance & Got To Dance, shows you all exercises in video classes. - Workout together, sweat together, achieve your goals together!
What are you waiting for?! Jump into your sports wear & off we go!
Just select a plan & tap Start. On the display you will see a timer as well as the exercise's name. This way you always know what to do and for how long. When the timer runs out, the bell will ring, in order to give you a sign to get ready for the next exercise!
It's that easy! You can edit each plan any time & change exercises as often as you want to.

New: You can sync your plans with FitBat- the fitness Battle & use them with every browser on your PC or Mac!
