The customer service is accessible via chat. You need to be very patient.
First of all, instead of fixing an issue, they don’t want to believe that you know how to use your phone properly instead of acknoledging their technical issue
Then, when you chat with the customer service, every answer cones after 15 min or more
And don’t ever leave a issue unsolved , they tell you that the technical service will check, but. They will never revert

Unable to access account
Always error messages appearing like check your connection when I’m full wifi or full bars…. Full of bugs
The slowest app I’ve ever seen
Please. The service is great, the data is fast, everything is good. Except this app ! The app is SO, SO slow, I don’t understand why. It’s very hard to use, please correct it
