Not functioning with A2500i

Don’t buy Vitamix, there’s no customer service at all. The App is not functioning with A2500i and the company just disappeared when guarantee is needed.
N’achetez pas. Publicité mensongère et la quarantaine est inexistante. L’application ne fonctionne pas avec leur appareil et personne ne te répond quand il y a un problème.
千万别买。虚假广告。原装机器与应用程序不兼容。客服根本不存在，公司像人间蒸发一样，一旦有问题根本没人理。
