Good service, and usually reliable
I’ve been using the Zoog VPN service on my phone, and Mac a year now. I find the app to generally work with fewer issues than the Mac app (which I won’t review here). The app works well in general. Auto-reconnect is a happy feature, and the service has worked great for me from multiple locations, including public WiFi networks. Sometime to access, those, however, requires temporarily disabling the VPN app from trying to connect in order to pass through the initial login/interstitial page for public WiFi (maybe that’s a feature that the VPN app could facilitate just a bit better...allowing the WiFi login page to pop up, but nothing else, before trying to connect to the VPN?). Still, it nearly always works without me having to think about it, and I rest easy knowing that my data is more protected when on public networks.

Ne fonctionne plus
L’application réclame le réseau wifi et cellulaire alors que le smartphone est déjà connecté au réseau wifi et 4G. Licence à vie c’est une arnaque, au bout d’un certain temps, ça ne fonctionne plus…
Le VPN ne fonctionne pas et aucune aide du service client
L’apli ne fonctionne pas, je ne peux pas regarder de film de la Raiplay (TV italienne ) alors que je mets milan comme ville sur ZoogVPN.
J’ i expliqué le problème sur le chat du site sans jamais avoir une explication, j’ai envoyé des mails au service client et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai également demandé un remboursement et aucune réponse...
je ne sais plus comment faire !!
