Description

Weawow is a free (and ad-free) weather app enhanced by beautiful weather-related photos taken by photographers around the world.
The photos reflect the current weather at your location, showing you whether it’s fair, cloudy, rainy, snowy, so you can decide whether you’ll need your umbrella or your sunglasses when you go out.
When you open the Weawow app, you’re likely to encounter unexpected "Wow" photos, rather than a boring, text-based forecast. And that’s not all: if you take "Wow" photos yourself, you can post your "Wow" photos from our Website. Then, we can integrate them into the app, where they’ll be seen by weather watchers all over the world (the app is available in over 50 languages).
The app’s layout is customizable, allowing you to select what to display like rain, wind gust, pressure, UV index, etc.
The Weawow is sustained by user donations. If you like the Weawow and want to support the Weawow project, please donate to us.

- Changeable weather providers: MET Norway, Apple Weather, Weatherbit, World Weather Online, Open Weather map, NWS, DWD, AEMET, Meteo France, (AccuWeather, Foreca).
- Beautiful photos and weather forecast: The beautiful photos posted by users are matched with the weather forecast and displayed, so you can see the weather conditions from the photographs.
- Detailed weather: Temperature, Feels-like temperature, Rain, Humidity, Dew point, Clouds, Pressure, Wind, Wind gust, UV index, visibility, Snow depth. Temp., Rain, Wind, Wind gust, Pressure, Dew point, Humidity, Cloud cover, UV index, Visibility, Snowfall, Solar radiation.
- Supported languages: English, French, German, Spanish, and 50 more languages.
- Sun and Moon: Sunrise time, sunset time, twilight, moon phases, full moon day, new moon day, age of the moon.
- Air Quality, Severe Weather Alerts

SIMPLE INTERFACE
- No annoying advertisements are displayed at all.

- As you like: You can always check the weather you care about, such as the hourly UV index on your home screen.

Une appli superbe et multi-sources

Avant toute chose je certifie ici que je n’ai aucun lien avec les dev et cette équipe. Je suis concepteur d’app mobile et je sais la difficulté de financer, désigner, développer et produire une app sur les stores. C’est pour cela que je ne laisse jamais d’avis négatifs car je ne sais que trop bien l’effet destructeur pour les équipes qui se sont échinées à faire l’app.
Comme d’autres, j’ai fait le tour de beaucoup d’applis de météo. Celle-ci est top ! Elle est superbe, avec un très gros travail de design et d’UX. Ça se voit dans la logique de présentation des infos, dans les menus et les enchaînements.
Sur la partie météo, le point clé ici est l’accès multi sources aux datas de fournisseurs de prévisions. Et c’est juste ça qui fait la différence. Un vrai plus qui permet d’affiner et de choisir ce qui nous semble le plus précis. C’est pourquoi j’ai fait un don pour accuweather car c’est normal vu les frais à débourser pour certaines sources.
J’ai aimé l’idée de l’intégration de sources visuelles pour les fonds d’image, et l’intégration apparemment des ressources de Windy.
j’aurais deux suggestions d’évolution : 1/ se connecter au compte Netatmo des utilisateurs pour intégrer leurs datas très localisées (leur extérieur). 2/ en cas de risques : rappeler les meilleurs gestes à effectuer (en cas d’orage, de submersion, de vents violents,…).

Par un heureux hasard, je suis tombé sur cette App météorologique…1er point très positif , il n’y a pas de PUBS « casse pied » , j’y suis très allergique depuis mon enfance (maintenant je suis octogénaire) , j’espère que vous continuerez ainsi … 2ème point positif , on constate que le (ou les développeurs) ont mis tout leur cœur et leur savoir pour rendre cette app ludique très fonctionnelle et facile d’utilisation pour un novice, et les prévisions, pour la région où je réside, sont parfaitement exactes (BRAVO) …Quand aux photos qui égaient l’app , elles sont magnifiques et bien choisies, et donnent un très grand PLUS à l’ensemble … si on pouvait donner plus de 5 ÉTOILES, je vous les aurais données volontiers … j’aurais aussi bien voulu vous offrir un DON , mais la réglementation du pays où je réside ne me le permet pas… Aussi c’est de tout cœur que je vous offre un DON MORAL…Bon courage et bonne continuation à toute l’équipe WEAWOW

Très bonne application

Je ne fais pas partie de l’équipe ayant conçu ce projet, je donne mon avis en toute sincérité .ayant déjà deux autres applications météo sur mon téléphone celle-ci vient donc en complément .Très bonne application mise récemment sur mon téléphone mais qui me donne satisfaction de plus elle est sans publicité ce qui est rare actuellement

Peut être une chose à améliorer que les utilisateurs puissent donner leurs météos en temps réels sur leur lieu ce qui permettrait d’affiner au mieux les prévisions par exemple le nombre de mm de pluie , la vitesse du vent , orage de grêle, vagues de submersion etc etc
