FABULEUX !!!
Clients chez Westwing depuis 3 ans maintenant , je suis enchanté de la qualité des produits et du sérieux de Westwing . Le service logistique / emballage est de loin le meilleur jamais vu . Abonné sur d'autres sites de ventes de luxe , Westwing est et reste de loin le meilleur dans sa catégorie d'articles proposés .
J'ai ainsi pu meubler en intégralité mon appartement dans le Sud avec 80% des éléments y compris la literie venant du site .
Si nous avons rencontrés pour 3 commandes quelques petits soucis , l'équipe a été formidablement réactive et arrangeante , avec un grand sens commercial , ce qui est assez rare en définitive .
Certes les pièces ont parfois un coût mais leur originalité et leur rareté font que je n'ai pas hésité à contrebalancer mon budget pour me faire plaisir .
Personnel commercial absolument charmant et service client impeccable je ne saurais que trop recommander ce site autour de moi . Bravo à toute l'équipe , enfin un site et des gens sérieux , impliqués dans leur entreprise !
