-application rédigée moitié en arabe et moitié en anglais donc pas utilisable pour un non libanais.
-création de compte ne fonctionne qu avec un passeport ! donc pas utilisable pour un étranger.
-service client ne parle qu’en anglais donc pas utilisable pour un étranger
-service client met un plomb à repondre a une simple question, donc pas chouette en cas d urgence.
-application demandant les infos sur toi, ton conjoint, tes revenus annuelles … donc trop d’infos pour un compte inactif au final
y a beaucoup à faire !
Worst money app ever
I have been using it for two years and there is always a problem, either with my Id or my card, it’s as if they don’t want to do business, I don’t understand it.
Weirdest app ever
It looks super easy but it’s definitely not user friendly. You can’t know the rate before sending money. I prefer western Union even if they take more. Every time I try to use Wish i regret it.
