Can you please enable app notifications when receiving money? Because actually I got app notifications only when sending money, but not when receiving a bank transfer

The app doesnt work well
The app doesn’t have the option to delivery your welcome kit to activate your account , there’s no customer care you need to call them (and you pay for the call) they fix your issue after the 6th call on instagram and WhatsApp they respond two days after and they told you to repeat the same step even when you told them it’s doesn’t work . It’s been a month and I can’t use my money on this app because they never send me my welcome kit 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃 go for a real bank with an office it’s better for customer care
