Update the app for newer phones

For the smart feeder FV-01

The app is decent with some confusing stuff and poor design choices. The camera looks out of place in the middle of the screen and extremely uninformative on the status of the pet. On a wide angle, I’d rather see the food itself with a verticale wide angle than my cat’s forehead from the horizontal wide angle. At least I’d know if my cat ate everything. I don’t dislike the product, although Internationals are clearly being cheated with the export prices, but the app really needs work for a product around 300€ in the EU.

Oh and iPhone X and above have been a thing for years now. How can the app not be updated yet ? This is pure laziness and a poor attempt at making something seem smart when the developers clearly don’t care about the quality of their product.

Overall, product 4 stars but the app almost made me lower it due to the poor design, quality, and lack of update for devices less than 3 years old. I would also add that this product is not worth it internationally. I strongly recommend the company look at 3rd parties abroad to significantly lower the prices. Doubling the price for non-Americans and give such poor app support is unsatisfactory and unacceptable.
