Problème réglé
Mon problème d’impossibilité de me connecter à l’application s’est visiblement réglé une fois que j’ai déconnecté puis reconnecté mon compte SUR PC.
Au cours d’une discussion dans un groupe on m’a fait remarquer que j’apparaissais en mode hors-ligne, sauf que quand je lance le moindre jeu j’apparais en ligne, cherchez l’erreur… En cliquant sur “Apparître en ligne” rien ne se passait, mais une fois déconnecté puis reconnecté ça refonctionnait, et bizarrement depuis l’application sur mobile refonctionne normalement). Je précise que sur mobile je ne pouvais pas non plus me connecter à mon compte depuis le site Microsoft Store non plus, mais sur pc il n’y avait aucun problème. C’est vraiment l’application Xbox spécifiquement sur pc qui m’empêchait d’y accéder depuis un mobile.
Enfin bon voilà je peux enfin réutiliser l’application sur mobile, et c’est parfait.
Application très pratique mais...
L’appréciation est très agréable à prendre en main et l’interface est très clair, on prend tout de suite ses repères, les fonctionnalités implémenter sont très pratique mais le seul défaut que je reproche et que lorsque l’on souhaite regarder un extrait de jeu d’un ami ou de nous mêmes, l’application n’accepte pas le mode paysage.
Je ne sais pas si cela est un but de mon tel mais en tout cas je pouvais le faire il y a maintenant 4 semaines, je ne sais pas pourquoi cela ne marche plus.
Merci de corriger ce problème rapidement mais j’aimerais savoir si d’autre personne ont ce même problème, si cela est le cas, je vous recommanderais de le signaler.
