Simple efficace ergonomique et fonctionnelle, dommage qu'un bug au moment de la saisie d'une tâche face planter l'appli, la rendant inutilisable. Piétine d'impatience dans l'attente d'une mise à jour!!

Zendesk for Makerspace

We have successfully integrated Zendesk Sell as our center piece between a private Shopify app, quickbooks and Online contact form and sales fulfillment.

The software is easy to use but be prepared to spend some time with zapier to fully leverage the capabilities of this software. The proposed zaps and basic Shopify integrations are very good.

After lightly testing ZoHo, Hubspot, NoCrm and Salesforce We can say We have no regrets with our choice in this software. It has allowed us to automate multiple systems with a very clean user interface.
