e-Token App is a mobile application that generates One Time Passwords (OTPs) used in the authentication of electronic transactions.

A one-time password (OTP) is a series of characters that automatically authenticates the user for a single transaction or session. It is also an alternative to the Hardware Token.

Activate the App using the activation details stated below

Register as an Individual

Select Activation Method

Hardware Token:
Account Number + 4-digit Server PIN and Hardware Token Code

Debit Cards:
Account Number + ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (last 6-digits of the customer's PAN #) and the 4-digit card PIN

Quick Access:
Visit Bank branch and generate activation code required for enabling access on the E-token App

Register as a Corporate

Select Activation Method

I’m so disappointed with this new app. I made calls to customer service, I applied all the information yet I couldn’t register. It’s either saying NO MOBILE BANKING PROFILE EXIST FOR THIS ACCOUNT please register your device or TOKEN AUTHENTICATION FAILED. I’m stranded because I couldn’t do any transaction at all. Very sad !!!

Bad system

This your system start putting people big mess to transfer money out of you account is big mess do you have to go to school to learn how to transfer money I beg na nonsense .

Doesn’t work, …never generated a token.

The app doesn’t work. Despite the fact I have activated the token, each time I try using it, I’m redirected to the activation page again.
Never been able to generate a token for transactions.
In this day and age, seems this app wasn’t tested before release … lots of bugs.
