Change & remove background
With PhotoRoom you can take the best part or parts of a photo and place them on a variety of cool backgrounds that are designed around themes like retro, pop art and food – there’s even magazine cover and eShop templates.
Start in the app by creating your image from scratch with one of the blank templates or selecting from a range of specific designs (like those under the Profile Pic section). For the latter option, tap the Replace icon onscreen to add in a new scene or subject from your Photos library. PhotoRoom will then trim and replace the original with your selection.
Now the fun really starts: let’s edit. You can make tweaks using the tools along the bottom of your screen. Maybe you’d like to play around with different filters or experiment with quirkier glitch effects. The app features lots of chic textile designs and colour tones for you to try when editing your background. It’s really up to you how creative you want to get.
