Dwindle can be used to help you fade into a deep sleep, reduce stress/anxiety during a quick break or ease you into a state of mindfulness during meditation by gradually fading your music over the time period you set.

This gradual fade follows a curve that will initially help you block out outside noise and distractions then ease you into a state of peace and relaxation.

Dwindle is perfect for you if:
• Fall asleep to music but hate having to wake up to turn it back off.
• You enjoy using music to relax, meditate or sleep but find it difficult to ease into a deep state of peace with the music blasting full volume the entire time.
• You enjoy fading away to your own music collection and have favorite songs for every occasion.
• You have anxiety. A quick session will help you block out distractions and the fade will ease you back to reality and ready to take on the day.

Jump into a session at any time with these easy steps
1: Select/Create a Playlist
2: Select a session length ranging from 5 - 60 minutes
3: Close your eyes and fade away with the music.

**Dwindle requires users to have music downloaded on their device. Due to restrictions from Apple and other 3rd Parties it will not work with external apps at this time.
