Description

PEER is an all-in-one EEG recording and ERP analysis App designed for research studies. PEER communicates with Brain Products X.on (Brain Products.com) EEG headset.

The PEER app collects raw EEG data and EEG data arising from Event-Related Potentials (ERP) neurological studies. The PEER app maintains a collection of "recordings". Each recording has a title and notes which can be searched. PEER displays summary information about the recording (sample rates, sizes, etc.).

The recorded EEG data can be exported in one of a number formats for analysis using MATLAB, BrainVision Analyzer or one of a number of other tools used by neuroscience researchers.

PEER includes Raw EEG recording and display, Visual Oddball (passive, one-response, two-response), one touch ERP analysis, and export to Brain Vision Analyzer or .csv formats.

PEER 4.1.2 is a maintenance release addressing issues that have surfaced since the release of PEER 4.1.

- Gambling Task result and timeout text sizes now scale with the size of the fixation cross.
- Improved Gambling Task win-loss distribution to ensure the correct number of wins and losses in each block of trials.
- Corrected a problem with Gambling Task studies where the Show Score For Block and Show Score For Game options (in the Block End scene) where not honoured.
- Corrected a problem with Gambling Task studies where the trial's timeout indicator and the subsequent trial's fixation cross could appear at the same time.
- Corrected a problem with Gambling Task studies where randomly generated colors were too similar.
- Improved headband acquisition to avoid a number of cases where headbands would not correct.
- For Gambling Task studies, the maximum number of choices has been reduced from 16 to 9.
- Added additional privacy declarations to conform with Apple's requirements.
