Games Don’t work in Europe!
I downloaded the free ‘Best apps’ bundle and found only the first few levels of each game available as tasters. So, through the app prompts, I purchased the ‘All in one” bundle of 10 apps, but despite me paying over £10, they didn’t unlock the extra content.
I spoke with Pinkfong, who informed me these games are not available in the UK or indeed Europe yet. Money is being taken for content we can’t access. I have requested a refund, but wish I’d stayed with Amazon kids now, as my Autustic son can’t understand why he can’t play his usual games. Extremely disappointing.
