Been using the app for around a year now, very easy to use, none of this confusing stuff, very good fast, live, online support, can be very slow waiting for developers getting back via email tho, even with important issues, but they know this and hopefully they will improve the time of support soon.

Other big major issue tho is cannot add my Santander or hsbc bank card for payment, and to take funds out, had to buy crypto via another app and send funds or top up via PayPal and send to iban, been chatting to support about the issue and they said will hopefully be fixing that soon.

I give it 5 stars because it is a very good app, and even though it does have 1 or 2 small issues, they are constantly working on issues and always making the app better.

Keep up the good work guys, p.s CRPT needs to go on Binance :-)

The site looks good and offers many features that looks great to the point i downloaded the app and created an account. I think the site has alot to offer and the concept is amazing. After this i tried to attach my card so that account so i could add funds and buy crypto. However this failed with an error message come back tomorrow and try again which i did and received the same error message. So i did what anyone would do i contacted support which left in a queue for what seemed hours in the world of crypto! After a discussion with what i thought was a person which turns put to be a bot it did not resolve my issue it just ended the chat and sent me an email! So no help here! So started another chat to ask if they would remove my card from my account and i got the same thing. I have to say i am not one generally to write reviews let alone bad ones , but you are dealing with peoples money here and in my opinion this is bad customer service if it is service at all.

So I registered and sent in my documents to get verified. After my account got activated, I purchased $10 worth of Bitcoin. I then used the funds to buy a 1 day “AI price movement prediction” trial. As soon as I purchased it, the app showed no figures for a couple of hours. I contacted their support to see what’s happening, and they responded with 3-4 word sentences. I asked if they could extend the trial since I paid for it, they said no and told me to wait until they fix it.

So far, I just found their customer support a bit rude. Then out of no where, they sent me an email a few days later and told me that they want to close my account in 48 hours WITH NO REASON!!! But then proceeded to close my account in 1 hour.

Terrible right? I then proceeded to email them another 6 times to ask them why they are closing my account, and their team couldn’t bother to respond, so they sent me the infamous “After carefully reviewing your account blah blah blah” email 6 times, with the same content.

Be very careful with these Russian Crypto companies. They are dodgy as hell. Luckily I was just testing their platform and didn’t deposit too much funds. But this is a great example of how these guys can scam you and steal all your crypto. There’s no way to get a human response from their customer support. It’s just bots.
