Description
「ブレインストーミング」という言葉はご存知でしょうか？
「ブレインストーミング」とは複数人で行う議論の手法のことを言います。
参加者がそれぞれ自由にアイデアを発言し、たくさん意見を交換し合うことで、より柔軟でクリエイティブな発想へと導くことを目的としています。
このアプリでは、そんな「ブレインストーミング」を気軽に、かつ、どこでも行える場所をチャット形式で提供しています。
また、「ブレインストーミング」には４つの原則があります。
①アイデアを批判しない
→どんなアイデアでも一度受け入れ、新たなアイデアの可能性を探していきましょう。
②質にこだわりすぎない
→質より量を意識し、たくさん意見交換しましょう。
③アイデアを組み合わせる
→いろんなアイデアを組み合わせ、創造性を膨らませましょう。
④すぐに結論をだそうとしない
→自由な意見交換が目的なため、結論をだすことが全てではありません。
以上のことを意識しながら、皆さんでより良く、充実した場所へとしていきましょう。
