没有用过这么差的App。简直了
Good App needs a bit improvement and maintenance
I have used this app twice for passport renew in 2023 so far. I would say it is easy to navigate,clear instruction and various options you can choose( I.e if you lost your passport you can still use this app for renew/ apply for new passport). Timeline wise- takes on average just under 4 weeks. The embassy I have to say is much responsive than before should you email them. Overall good enough!
