“掌上海关”作为海关总署推出的面向社会公众提供海关业务服务的一款移动端应用服务软件。是海关“互联网+政务服务”体系建设的重要组成部分。通过“掌上海关”的应用，建立海关与企业、个人之间高粘度服务平台，为社会公众与海关间构建了一条新的便捷渠道。
规范海关移动网上政务服务应用建设，“掌上海关”是海关服务事项手机移动终端办理的统一服务入口。系统建成后，为企业或个人提供移动端服务,形成稳定、可靠、高效的海关总署移动应用统一门户。

China should do better than this app
Firstly, it starts in Chinese and so most visitors will need to guess their way through the screens to somewhere that you can select English. Secondly, it’s not clear that you need to add at least one overseas trip with the end date of today on the basis that you must be overseas at the moment. Thirdly, there’s no information about the requirements for tests and what you need to do with the results.
Doesn’t work
I’ve got instruction in English how to use but doesn’t work. Surely they should make the app in English not chinese. App seems very buggy. Won’t let me select health declaration
Useless
All in Chinese, so no use to visitors. Pressing the “English” button does nothing.
Can’t see how to upload Covid test results (still required by China in 2023!).
