Improve your stamina, endurance, and health to run a 10K! Smartly increase your body's strength with interval training!

Use the Vandersoft 10K app to improve your stamina, endurance, and health to help you run a 10K! Your body's strength will gradually increase over time with interval training.

Over the next 14 weeks your running will be steadily improved. You will start with 1 minute jogging intervals in-between 1.5 minute walks. As you complete runs your body will be strengthened and the program will slowly become more challenging.

Take your device with you on your runs! Listen to your favorite music and get prompted over your headphones to run or walk. Your entire run will be directed through your headphones or speakers.

Glancing at the app while on your run will show you:
- How long you have been running
- How much time you have left on your run
- how much time you have left on your current interval

Need to stop and tie your shoe? Pause the run! Or, press Back/Next to go to different intervals.

Worked for me.

Never ran in last 20 years but thanks to this app now i can run 5k in few months time.

Not a great plan.

Training from couch to 5k is all about getting to 3x30 minute runs or 3x5k runs, for health reasons. There’s many C25K apps out there including one by this developer, which are good.

Going to 10k is a different beast. I don’t have time in my week to run 3 10k runs a week as this and most apps insist on doing to me. The journey from 5k to 10k here is inefficient and time can become an issue. I’d advise anyone looking to get to 10k to vary their runs up, do some shorter recovery runs, some tempo work and one long run a week. Not only will you get to 10k easier, if you’re training for an event you’ll start that race with much fresher legs.

Very basic

Unfortunately I can’t give this app a good rating.
It keeps stopping as soon as you receive a call or leave the app for whatever reason. Your results are not saved so you can’t go back to we’re you left off so you need to start a complete new run.
And no this is not getting better with the Pro-Version. I made the mistake and bought for both the 5k and the 10k the pro version so I can track the distance as well - really poor technical development.
Disappointed as it is be easy to handle
