Finally, a mouse-over Japanese dictionary for Safari!

Really hyped to see a member of the Rikai family ported to macOS; have been waiting many years for this!

The implementation is based on Rikaichamp, which is the most feature-rich Rikai implementation out there. It's incredible to have access to pitch accent information, as well as word frequencies – and I really like being able to look up kanji in my etymology dictionary by their Henshall number.

Great job, Brian, and can't wait to see this come to iOS!

A must-have for reading native materials

This extension finally brings an efficient Japanese dictionary to Safari. No more wrestling to select text, no more failed lookups on inflected forms, and above all: seriously quick lookup.

Thanks to this, I can finally read web novels productively and find my way around any website. Looking forward to seeing it evolve in future!

Superb!

Really useful app as it gives you an instant pop-up window showing the meaning of a single kanji or combination of kanji in several different forms such as dictionary form, names, etc. All that by just rolling your cursor over the Kanji!
Well done and thank you to the developer, Birchall.
