Description
Manage emergency services in any city in the world! Take calls and dispatch rescue forces. Handle difficult situations, now depending on the weather, and traffic. Help the citizens through cataclysms and natural disasters, becoming a better emergency number operator every day!
112 Operator allows you to manage emergency services in any city in the world! Dispatch units, take calls and face situations caused by weather, traffic or changing seasons. Help the city survive escalating events like riots, organized crime, terrorist attacks, cataclysms, natural disasters and many more!
Danger has escalated
Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
To all units: a storm is coming…
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
112, what’s your emergency?
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
It’s my job, ma’am...
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life. You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.
We need backup!
Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.

Ratings and Reviews
Great Game
Enjoyed the upgrades from the previous series such as the new visualisations etc, just would of liked to of had more calls, or a longer campaign experience as felt there were not as many in this one compared to previous title. Would of liked to see similar set up to previous game which involved a change of location for different missions and multiple campaigns as although the areas increased in size, felt like at the end of the campaign was getting bored of the same location and didn’t feel like restarting the same campaign again but just on a different map. If each map had a different campaign this would be the perfect game and add more replay value. However I'm sure that would involve a lot more work. But other than that a great second series and look forward to updates and hopefully DLC
Developer Response ,
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry that you get bored at the end of the campaign. Maybe you can try playing scenarios? The last update includes two DLC. Open the Expansions in the main menu to see more.
Australia on fire doesn’t work
112 operator is an amazing game and I do recommend the game however the facilities DLC of Australia on fire when it loads and you press the start button it crashes I don’t know if it’s my device but it’s the only mission which doesn’t work for me.
In other words the game is good it’s worth the money just keep in mind that when you buy the DLC that Australia on fire might not work for you 👍
Clearly made with love and care
It’s not often the second game beats the first but 112 Operator definitely does that. The developers clearly did their research and fine tuned the game! It spills through every level with unique and interesting dispatch calls. This is the first game in a long time that I’ve been able to buy without monthly fees or pay to play mechanics. It’s for that reason that I chose to support the developers further and buy the game on iOS, Steam and Nintendo Switch.
I would love to see the DLCs for steam port to iOS as the phone version is easier in the go than using my steam deck.
My only suggested tweak would be to provide slightly better rewards in terms of cash. As you get to later missions you get find you need to wait 3-4 duty shifts to buy one effective helicopter unit.
Until DLCs arrive here I’ll complete the base campaign then resume the new challenges in the steam deck. Cannot wait for their new so zombie game which I’ve also added to my wish list!
