Really helped to understand a family member

Amazing
This has been amazing for me so helpful, it has given me the information I needed at the time and a place to go to check my behaviors and actions. To have the big blue big in my phone to read whenever I want is so handy. I can read it on public transport, in a waiting area or when I’m walking. A must have for anyone battling this powerful disease.
Supportive
This is a great app. You don’t have to worry about what people might think when your out and about or on holiday. As you don’t have to take your big blue book or prayers books. This app has it all and is discreet. I am always happy to spread the word the word about AA so going on holiday and not having to make room in my suitcase for books due to this app was a godsend
