Horrible service, never again, full of dark patterns
I don’t remember when online shopping was so unpleasant as with this scammy store.
First of all, you will pay crazy tax if you order to the UK but they don’t even highlight that order will be sent from the EU (as other stores do), so you find out only when you get the huge bill
Second, it will take 2 months and 18 emails with their terrible user support service to get a refund once you return items back
Third, return is not free, it costs around 15 euro, but you will find out only when there less money from the finally proceeding refund in your bank account. And customer support reply smth like “you had to read terms and conditions, haha”
Not such unique clothes to stand such terrible terrible service and shady, dark patterns approach to make you pay for everything. As their main goal is not to make you a retained client but get as much as they can from you right now.
