Favourite workout app

I’m in love with this app. I recommend it for beginners and or just anyone wanting to workout.

I am not a beginner or a advanced workout person, I’ve been looking for a free workout app since most you need to pay for. I found this app although I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks I can see my body slowly getting more toned and curvy which I’ve been wanting.

It’s free and gives you different difficulties so the workouts aren’t to hard or to easy, You can also choose what you want to focus on like becoming more toned, losing weight or just to keep healthy. The workouts are simple moves and you can easily do them at home and it gives you a good 20 second break in between each move which I like a lot.

I have just started this app today and I already love it ! It was easy signing in and there is a pack you have to pay for but there are still workouts that you can do without paying and it has been really hard to find a workout app that works for me and is free so I really recommend this app for beginners or advanced and just really anyone who has to work out it is loads of fun and lets young ages join in if you put in 9 years old for your age it will still let you sign in so I bet even younger ages can join I love this app and will definitely be using it in future fro. Now on 100 % would recommend ! ♥️

Best Fitness app

I feel like this app motivates me when I don’t feel like doing exercises on some days because u get daily notifications reminding me of my needed routine. There is hardly any ads for me, so many different options to choose from for various types of exercise for example and workouts, bum workouts, legs workouts etc. And most of these workouts do not require equipments or large spaces. These workouts can be done at home or at a gym. It is very convenient and accurate in timing, gives rest days after every 4- 5 days workouts.
I really do recommend this app to anyone who is not too keen on paying monthly for a gym membership because I don’t.
