Works ok as long as I’m on my home WiFi network, fails to connect if using internet access via another WiFi while out of house. And FAILS completely if I try to connect using mobile data/4G.
So very disappointed. Now looking into buying better cctv products without access issues.

I confess I had doubts about using this app with a devise whose manual used such poor English; but I was pleasantly surprised when I first managed to get the camera to connect to my wifi, then my iphone smart link to the camera. I was delighted with the quality of image I was getting on the phone, excellent!
At first it only seemed to do the basic streamed viewing, but the more I played with the settings the more features became available. (I advise you make a note of what you did to get the activity you need or the set up process as you'll need to do it all again if you change phone or wifi provider)
The auto record still seems to be hit and miss, but I'm happy with it for the use I bought the camera for.
This was the app recommended by the camera manufacturer, so I haven't tried any other apps with the camera.
Just need to see if I can find an equivelent app for my mac now.

Works very well almost flawlessly bit difficult to set up initially the user manual that came with camera is not that good but I got there in the end. Only thing I found is the app seems to drain phone battery fast why I don't know as I have not been connecting to the camera for very long at any one time ?
