5K RUN is the easiest way to get you from couch potato to 5k. Our training plan will help you keep motivated and give your best in every workout. Don't give up, you can do it!

The training plan is design to help you keep motivated. It will let you know when you need to take a break and when it's time for another run.
Run whenever you want, you don't need to set up a schedule of specific days for running, we all have busy days, or it's raining outside, or we're just tired. That's why our training plan adapts to you, giving you a time window
to complete your workouts. Take your training to the next level!

During the runs, listen to your music and the voice trainier will tell you when it's time for you to run or walk.

Set your goal and work to get there in a healthy way.

Run 5K integrates nicely with HealthKit, meaning that all your workout data will be available for you inside Run 5K and the Apple Health App. On top of that, all the races you save using Run 5K will contribute to filling the Activity rings on your Apple Watch. Isn't that cool?

Good but should let you restart stages

I like this app but once you have reached a certain stage you can’t redo the previous stages. So if you’ve had some time out from training and want to start again from earlier in the program you can’t. Bit annoying as it makes this a one use only app.

***updated***poor watch app***Good for a free app

After several attempts I am giving up on this app.
It doesn't sync runs from my watch to my phone.
It won't let me move on to the next run.
I paid £4.99 to unlock all runs: it didn't.
Having uninstalled and reinstalled I tried to recover my £4.99 purchase to no avail.
Zero reply to a query sent to the developers via email.
Don't waste your time, energy and money.

So far, I'm enjoying the app. I wanted it specifically because I use my AW not my iPhone for running. Syncs fine and the first three runs have shown an improvement in pace.
My only gripes are:
1. rest days are left to your discretion which isn't ideal if you're a newbie.
2. I have to keep checking my watch for my walk/run intervals. The notifications all come through to my AW at the end of my run.
Any, it's free so what's the problem? Thanks for a decent app!

So I downloaded the free version - everything fine but I fancied the full version hoping to unlock more statistics.

Well what can I say. It didn’t always sync properly so out of 13 runs I only have data for 4. It decided that run 13 was actually run 12, again and decided I needed to start from run 10 again.

So I tried to email support from inside the app which completely crashed the app to the point I couldn’t get off the email screen - oh and the support email address is wrong. So tried to email them from my Mac with my problems - nothing.

I have made the odd bad app purchase in the past but this wins hands down - avoid at all costs!
