Great Qigong app

If you want a simple, short form that captures some of the fundamentals of Qigong this app is great. I’ve been using it for around a year on a regular basis and it’s a good “livener” in the daytime and a “relaxer” at night too. If you’ve got room to stand up you can do this anywhere.

I often incorporate it into longer qigong sessions or before doing a Tai Chi Form.

Straightforward to follow, good advice on breathing, keeps the soft tissues and joints moving, clears the mind. Excellent app.

At 7 minutes nobody can expect this app to cover all of Qigong. Accept it, and use it, as an enjoyable way to recharge yourself in a short time.

The developers also have an app called Tai Chi Temple that is very good. Takes the user through all the sequences of the 18-Form Qigong and the 10, 22 and 24 Forms of Tai Chi.

Great app, needs more content

I have used this app for a few days now, really enjoying how simple it is to use and following the instruction. I would like to see more content for the paid extras, perhaps a recording feature to check on posture in comparison to the teacher, it would also be a great marketing too for sharing on social media. I would also like the sessions to last a little bit longer, perhaps a feature where you can increase the time (I know its only 7 minute chi). I love that I can set a reminder and the streak feature will definitely keep me motivated. Thanks for producing a great app and introducing me to a very relaxing meditation.

Really good

It’s an easy, short routine that you will soon get the hang of and memorise. I do mine in the morning so it leaves me feeling refreshed and relaxed after my shower. It is great to have friends because it helps you stay in contact with people and you have more things to bond over. Would definitely recommend
