Nice clear simple visuals, but as a client the very limited number of benchmarks (all U.K. centric) for performance over time is disappointing, and it would be useful to have a tab listing investments and gain/loss per investment (like AJ Bell or Interactive Investor) rather than having to click on every holding in turn. I think there are many more benchmarks available in the advisor version but having a few more global or composite bond/equity ones would be very helpful.

Cosmetically the sounds are unnecessary at best and annoying after a time.

A few tweaks could make this a great app building on the clear visuals.

Excellent app with many innovative features displaying large amounts of complex data. As the 7IM client portal is not fully Mac compliment this iOS app is a very timely addition. The major omission seems any option or settings to turn off the sound other than silence the whole iPad (hence 4 not 5 stars)even most games have option to mute. It also seems a little restrictive to choose getting recent data to WiFi as seems this would be pure numerical days and unusual that this would be massive amount of data, again this could be an option within settings. The login asks for your whole password whereas 7IM site uses the more secure 3 random letters which would have been better given app is designed for mobile device on possibly public - open WiFi.

Often clients may have two accounts (e.g. husband and wife) and an option (with appropriate approval) to display them as combined would be very helpful, in same way Google uses delegated authority for calendars etc.

It would be great to see as app develops to extend and display issues such as transactions, correspondence etc. so it genuinely becomes a total portal for a client interaction. This is great app; it is important for 7IM not to see it as now "done". the world of apps is about regular steady development and improvement and this is massive opportunity for 7IM.

Several times it has reported zero valuations.
Lists 2 names on the account on the opening page and then lists the main account holder “+ 2 others”.
Service outages and updates aren’t flagged on the opening screen which means that login failures require unnecessary detective work and time wasting to resolve.
Curious and counter intuitive menu sequence makes backtracking to a total valuation in the sum of valuations area frustratingly hard to do.
It would be useful to be able to see a summary breakdown of the individual equities held and the sums invested in them rather than just the fund data sheets.
Apart from that, it looks nice and is one of the better apps out there. It’s just not as good as it could or should be and these problems are ongoing legacy problems that should have been addressed in previous updates.
