Layout and Look Great - No Face ID

A great app, the design and styling is awesome and it has a very intuitive interface.

Could you with some visibility of how many users are playing at the table before actually sitting at the table, so I can choose a table that’s almost full without looking for tables.

Also really should have Face ID is something that should be added as a priority, the keychain and LastPass integrations are buggy so I have to type my password in every time I open the app so a little frustrating but if you don’t mind the login process and not being able to see how many people at the sit and go tables easily then this is a great easy to use app.

Not sure what to think

Have been playing games here for a week now until today has seemed like a fair payout average however unfortunately today I have been playing casino game (joker) had a few small wins then it seemed to go in to an unwinable state as I was playing 0.20 cent spins after using 40 dollars to grow the feature to max (10x free spin multiplier) and the bonus wheel was looking at its fullest the game then proceeded to swallow my remaining 29 dollars without paying out I then put a further 30 dollars in and it swallowed the lot after investing pennys short of $100 at $0.20 per spin it’s concerning that there was no feature activity at all I even screen shot multiple times as I was loosing to track how much it was going to take before paying out but I draw the line at $100 either a very big payout is due or it’s a rigged game I’m not sure which it is

Blast

I’ve played blast none stop and realized it never pays more than 4x seems like the only one that stands to make any money is the house, further more the blast wheel only ever lands on tickets but I am meant to believe this is random? Losing is a part of the game so I’m not angry over a bad beat because that the nature of the beast, the cards may be random but the bonuses definitely are not.. this company is Meant to be one of the biggest yet they seek to mislead to keep you playing. Also while doing some research into customers feedback it seems it easier to put money in than it is to get it out, you May say some of these people were just bad losers but it’s the winner who are complaining.. your standard reply to Our grievances is woeful, strive to do better and let 888 lead the way not only in gaming but also is customer appreciation. Hello. We understand that a Bad Beat is frustrating, your hopes get built-up, only to lose the hand at the very end. That said – that’s the beauty of poker. Had the result been known in advance, what would be the point of playing to the end? Please remember that many online poker players are amateurs, who may continue with a hand most experienced players would have folded earlier. On occasion, they may get lucky & experienced players may be misled by these untypical moves. It's not that unusual to get a Bad-Beat; the odds of a hand you believe has a good chance of winning, are reduced as more players call. Basically, you're dependent not only on the cards dealt, but also on the decisions of others
