28 minute claim is a lie. Been waiting 13 hours now.
Don’t use this service, beyond incredibly worrying. I’ve been tolerant of some orders taking up to or over an hour in the past as were in the middle of a pandemic, but then I made my most recent order.
Placed it last night before close. Would be one thing if I was informed there were no drivers but I heard absolutely nothing on the status of my order until 2pm the next day when I was told the driver tried to reach me, despite not hearing anything from the driver and having my phone next to me. They have refunded the delivery after a week but still terrible service and poor communication. Will be installing the app. I advise you do too.
Couldn’t be happier! No complaints!
For somebody who has anxiety and really struggles to get up and go out to the shop this is an amazing thing for me to do. I pick my shopping I get it delivered soon after. And in the comfort of my own home aswell! Especially having a toddler running out of milk at a stupid time in the evening you can’t exactly get dressed and go to the shop. It’s amazing and wouldn’t fault it at all. I’ve used you about 4 times and I will continue to do so. Thankyou😌
28 Minutes?
They advertise “average 28 minutes” but no one I know has ever had a delivery within this time.
I’ve ordered four or five times with them but this last time took the biscuit.
I had a phone call after 39 minutes (11 minutes late) saying 1 driver had called sick so it would be a bit late...
The driver turned up 62 minutes after ordering but was in no hurry... Looked around his motorbike box for a good two-three minutes before picking up a call from his friend “... I’ll be done about 10:30-11:00 tonight... yeah mate...” and then finally managed to put my order together and stroll over to the door which I opened instantly. He then apologised for the receipt which was ripped in half... no offer of a refund on delivery fee.
Highly disappointing service.

We do advertise as 28 minutes as our average time, unfortunately during peak hours sometimes we run a bit behind. Changes were implemented to improve our service after your valid comments. Thanks
