Great app needs tweak
This app is great, very easy to use and I like that I don’t have to have cash on me to pay, however, just a suggestion, it could do with a via entry so you are able to book to go to a second/third place on your journey or even go back home afterwards this would make the app excellent
Drivers obviously don’t use the app
I have waited to write this review as I wanted to use it for a few bookings first.
The app is user friendly, I particularly like the tracking feature so you can see how far away your taxi is. The issues seem to be with the drivers rather than the app.
Living on a new development I was pleased to see my road on the map but I am constantly perplexed that every time I book a taxi I get a phone call from the driver asking where they should go. If I can see where I am on the map why can’t they?
Great service
This company are the best, so reliable and the app allows me to follow journeys that my daughter takes and then I’m able to meet her outside.
The safest taxi firm in my opinion. I know, the drivers name, the car, number plate etc.
