Use the count and organiser tools to keep a daily record and bar chart of your sodium intake in mg and %RDA to lower your intake to meet the AHA's recommendation and in turn lower your blood pressure and improve your heart health.
The interface is easy, quick, and intuitive to navigate, colour-coded, searchable, and zoomable using the pinch screen function.
