Description

“Who Does This Belong To?” is a tool that allows you to clear your head…

When you meditate or try and stop mind chatter, does your life get easier? Or does your head fill with even more thoughts?

Do you realize how aware you are of the world around you?
What if your mind has been full of other people’s thoughts, feelings and emotions? What if you could just let them go? Would that make your life easier?

98% of your thoughts, feelings and emotions do not belong to you! They belong to everyone else, but what you are aware of often feels just like you – even if it’s not.

This App explains this dynamic tool from Access Consciousness®, shows you how to apply it, and allows you to set reminders to use the tool consistently for however long you like!

Choice creates awareness. What would you like to choose?

Wonderful tool but the app content is contradictory

This tool is a great tool to use. When something feels light, it's your own, when it feels heavy, it's not yours and you can return it to sender. However, this app actually has it back to front...so when it feels light, the app tells you to return it to sender...this actually felt heavy, so then I realised the content has been uploaded back to front! I hope this helps in the development of the app! How else will I be able to get involved in access consciousness?

App not back to front

The previous reviewer seems to think the App has been loaded back to front....it hasn’t!
When you ask who does it belong to and it gets even slightly lighter then it wasn’t yours to start with. The reason it got lighter is because you’re asking a question and that’s what access is all about 😊
