Access PeopleXD 4+

I love this app, it’s great to be able to amend all my personal details, view my payslips, view my shifts and book holiday. But I also love how it helps me feel connected with my employer via all the company updates / news and also how I can and receive shout outs from my colleagues.

This is good to keep track of your pay and payslip. However, the setup process is difficult and daunting as there are still staff at my workplace who can’t sign up due problems on the apps end, even though they have done everything they were supposed to. And god forbid you get a new phone and have to log in again as they don’t provide a “Forgotten Password” prompt like all other apps do. Then you have to go through personell, who then has to go through payroll, who then have to contact the app admins. The whole process is unnecessarily stupid. Our poor personell officer has dealt with this kind of problem every day for the last two years! We all wish for email/paper payslips because of this. But, as I said, when it is set up, it’s great

Currently the calendar does not work so we can’t check when we have clocked in or out.
Perhaps sending a notification to remind staff to clock in at the start of their shift and at the end of their shift would be useful to save all the missed clockings?
The clocking in process is not always clear. Staff often do not know if they have clocked in successfully resulting in numerous attempts to do so and getting it wrong.
