App doesn’t do as it claims

Downloaded the app to claim my Dice festival ticket. Says in the instructions I need to put in my phone number and it will recognise my account to give me the ticket. However, doesn’t have that as an option when I downloaded the app. All I can do is scan (a barcode) ticket I don’t have…. And log into an account I don’t have (doesn’t even have a register option). Seriously needs some updates and fixing.

Works well

Has worked almost perfectly so far - uploading a photo of my passport to verify my identity wouldn’t work, but it accepted my driving licence no problem.
Support accurately answered my query about booking for La Ciutat, and the booking process itself was flawless.

Worst app I’ve ever used

This app is awful, it has so many bugs! You are unable to do simple things that are required
by the festival such as upload documentation, reset passwords and transfer tickets. I am now unable to access my account or tickets despite re downloading the app. Appalling service, do not use!
