Join Steve as he embarks on a journey into his own mind. Venture through the inner workings of his psyche while face to face with painful past memories. Learn how to help Steve cope with his struggles in life to realise his full potential and bring him home.
This game (directed by Dr. Darren J. Edwards of Swansea University) is based on a psychological therapy called acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). You will learn about how to use ACT in your life through embedded learning. This game is not a replacement for any professional psychological help should you need it, rather it will introduce you to some basic principles of ACT through playing the game.

Emotional learning experience
Really enjoyed playing the game! I didn’t expect to get so immersed, I was tearing up within the first few minutes. The first chapter only took around 40 minutes for me to complete, I found myself glued to my phone the whole time
Immersive and thought provoking
I found the story immersive and the interactive elements and collectibles really enhanced the experience. The styling worked really well and I learned some things about myself along the way. I like that when I need to revisit exercises I can go straight to that chapter.
A nice intro to ACT
A cool game with a moving story that provides a nice introduction to ACT principles !
