Considering ADCB is a big branch, it’s app is bad !
No other app is as hard to deal with than ADCB PROCASH.
it is so frustrating, it takes so much time to finish tasks and transactions. It lags all the time ! Half way through making a transaction the options for certain things won’t show, like purpose of transfer option doesn’t show. Neither can you proceed or fix. You have to refresh the app and start filling the details again.
ADCB also have Al Hilal banking app which is so smooth and so quick to use. But the app for procash seems like it was made so old and never updated.
I have to regularly uninstall the app and reinstall for it to work. And no other app needs to do that.
