Simply useful

Nice app to spot and correct mistakes when adding up numbers. I tried a few similar apps, some with more functionality, and this was least fuss and easiest for an occasional, light user.
Ideally, I’d like the edit screen to allow me to amend a wrong number rather than just delete the line (so that my tape would be in the right order). It would get five stars if it had that function.
This is perfect for what it promises - a simple tape adding machine.

Adding tape

Took a while to find but just what I wanted, perfect except saving a file doesn't save the sum total, am I doing something wrong?

Subtracting issue

When trying to subtract it negates the first number. For example 750 - 25= -775 instead of 725. Adding and multiplication are fine.

Thanks for the feedback. Please note: This app is modeled after an adding machine - not a calculator. The behavior of each is different. To learn more you can search the web for differences between the two. I hope you enjoy the app.

Not Great

Started off ok but had trouble when coming back to app from lock. Eventually stopped working altogether.
