The birthday sort allows you to create a really useful birthday list where you can see at a glance which birthdays are coming up.

Record the no. of cards written, mailed, hand-delivered or sent as eCards.

Record when a card/letter has been received and view the history of cards sent/received - maybe stop sending to someone who hasn't replied for a while!
Store extra information e.g. names of children, type of card person prefers etc.
The labels can be used for name and addresses obviously, but also for phone numbers and email addresses.
The label data has the "name" on the first line, and the "address" on the following lines. Of course, these do not have to be people's names and addresses. For example, you might just use the "Name" field for Storage Jar labels.
For label sheets, select from template descriptions or Avery code numbers.

What’s New

Version 3.52

The preview screen showing address labels has recently started showing a border around the text/image as a guide to what the printed result would look like.
This border should only appear on the screen preview, and not when actually printing the labels. However, one user has reported that she has seen the borders printed on the labels themselves. This update hopefully stops this from happening.

Reallly pleased with this App

After years of trying to find label printing software that is not really complicated and actually works I am so pleased to have found this app. It is straightforward to use and the instructions easy to read and to follow. The support from the developer is excellent. My past frustrations using this type of software have been forgotten. After reading the start up advice I found the best way to discover out what it can do was to simply play around with it. I emailed support with a few questions and was really impressed both by the speed of reply and the understanding attitude of the developer. I can see that this app is going to be one of my favourites and most useful. The app really works and has so far been well worth price I have paid.

Developer Response ,

Thank-you for that great review.
I am pleased that you have found the app easy to use and so useful.
I enjoy offering support to users and do my best to help, and to do so promptly, especially at Christmas when I know some people will be starting to panic as they rush to get their cars ready. So I am also glad that you found my support to be helpful and fast.
Happy Christmas 🤶🏽🎄🎅🌲 and have a healthy 2021

I despaired of finding a label sorting and printing app which I could understand. All the ones I had tried were far too technical for me. However I plumped for this one based on the reviews and what a superb choice. Apart from a few glitches which were exceedingly promply answered by Nigel, my Chistmas Card envelopes are now printed with lovely Avery transparent labels - a bit expenive but do a very nice job. Avery was one of the systems I tried and could not get anywhere with at all. Thank you, Nigel, for the care and excellent customer support and a very easy application. Will I remember what I did next year?! All the superb reviews are mostly along these lines - couldnt hack it and then bought this app and could. Brilliant. Happy Christmas.

Hi Bridget. Thanks for the great review. I am glad that the app worked well for you and that you found it easy to use. I am also pleased that my support helped you. Don't worry about next year - I'll still be here 😀
Happy Christmas 🤶🏽🎄🎅🌲

Really Works!

I have struggled for years using M/S Office or Libre Office to produce Christmas Card labels from my Excel or Numbers spreadsheet, and although I have always succeeded in the end I have been wrung out from the experience.
So this year I decided to look for a dedicated program and happened upon this one. And it does exactly what I needed. Brilliant.
One tip to new users is to review your spreadsheet carefully before exporting it as a CSV file. Remember that each 'cell' within the spreadsheet will be on a new line on the label (it ignores blank cells) and there should be no commas within a 'cell', as they too generate a new line.
If you have a problem the developer provides first class support.
All in all, fantastic value for money.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the great review 😀
Yes you are right about the commas, although this is often desirable i.e. users will often want a new line after a comma.
Anyway, I am really pleased that it all worked for you in the end. Next year should be a breeze.
