Still no good
Download app. Open app. Terms and conditions. Scroll to the bottom. No button to accept. Seems very typical of most security companies dangling a carrot to try and rope people into something that’s not fit for purpose. The usual old salesman tactics.
In response to the developer comment about font size.
The phone is brand new and has not yet been changed. In any case, if the font size had been changed why wouldn’t the app work? Would I need to carry a magnifying glass around aswell as a pair of reading glasses just too look at an app?

We found that some users who have changed their device font size have seen that in the past. However we fixed that issue. Could you try and change the font device size back to the default and try again. Please reach out to our support team and we will be glad to work on a solution.
Stuck on Terms and conditions
I can’t even get past the Terms and conditions page, there’s nothing to interact with anywhere on the page
Worst app ever
I’ve never known this app to work properly. It’s just as bad as their website. Always end up having to ring a store. Don’t waste your time with this app.
