Once you’ve registered with the app you’ll be able to:

• Make changes to your personal information
• Save and print your policy documents
• Contact us if you have a question
Customers who insure their car or van with us can take advantage of these extra features:
• MyTrips, where you can share your journeys to unlock achievement badges and earn a discount medal
• Emergency assistance to get help in the event of an accident
If you've selected ‘Always Allow’ for the app accessing your location, it collects data about your journeys. You can control your data, tell the app whether you were the driver or passenger, and ignore bus or bike journeys if they've been collected too.
We’ll use this data to see if you qualify for a discount at renewal. 91% of customers who tracked at least 500 miles of driving got a discount on their renewal between Oct 19-Mar 20!
But don’t worry – if you don't qualify for a discount, we won't use this data to raise your insurance price, so there's no disadvantage to taking part.

I’m updating my review to 4* after spending more time with the UI. I have now managed to find how to access car info for multi policy.
The Account info button takes a while to check info and I often have to log back in. This can take several attempts. Very responsive support from the dev team. Thank you !

Took a policy out yesterday for my car, downloaded app and it is just so slow and unresponsive. My phone is a decent model so it’s not to do with my phone.
First logs in with face ID then when you click on policy it makes you log in again but takes ages to load and I’m talking 3-5 minutes but sometimes longer. Sometimes it won’t recognise password despite it being stored so I have to type it in. This is on the second time it makes you log in. Now it won’t log in at all. Only checking as my policy says pending and I pick my car up tomorrow. Think il go elsewhere in future.
Okay to a degree
The app seems to be okay when it works but it occasionally freezes and you’ll need to delete it and then reinstall it to get it working again. Other than that I have found that it does not always record the journeys made which is a bit poor if chasing a medal
