Same problem

Think it’s connected to updating my iPhone to iOS 11.3, but I can’t use adobe connect since it’s been updated other devices I have that haven’t got the update work fine

Useless app

Just as another person has commented, I tried to use the app to open university webinars. Upon clicking the link on safari, the app opens but is stuck on ‘connecting’. If the link is entered manually, same thing repeats. Uninstalling and re-installing the app does not help either. I have tested the apps both on iPhone and on iPad. Same experience. I have also tried it using home WiFi and university WiFi. It’s hot nothing to do with internet speed or if you are using a phone or an iPad. The app is just rubbish and there hasn’t been an update for a long time. I guess this is one of those applications the developers have given up on. Don’t waste time downloading this.

Used for the first time this evening

Having read the other reviews, I was concerned this app would not work. I’m on holiday in France and had to link to a college tutorial in the UK this evening. Worked perfectly first time on my iPad, no glitches at all. Would recommend.
