One of, if not, the best free illustration app, HOWEVER...

I love this app. I love all the brushes, all the different unique settings on each brush, the flexibility in terms of canvas size, the various ways to pick and choose colours, all the shapes and rulers that can be used to create different types of drawings/paintings and the amazing range of layer and brush blending techniques. There’s just one slight problem: I can’t seem to find a paint bucket tool. Sure, there’s a way of colouring in one whole layer with a long press on an empty layer, but I can’t seem to find a way to do this on individual parts in a layer like how a paint bucket tool would usually be used. If there is a way of doing this, please do inform me, if not, I suggest adding that to the app to make it get a 5 STAR rating from me. Oh and also, there’s a slight lag/delay on some of the brushes or when I make them bigger, but this might be because of my old-ish iPad Air. Please do try and check if there’s a bug linked to this. Other than those two minuscule things, the app is GREAT! Please keep it free!!

Love love love this app... but...

As an illustrator this has become probably the most used tool my digital art box. I love the versatility, the brushes, the fluidity between adobe draw and Procreate, the fact I can link seamlessly with the adobe cc apps on my iMac and back again. It seems limitless... however, I use a lot of layers, and I mean a lot. So... the ability to use more layers would be helpful, and as you can with Photoshop, the ability to toggle between the one layer you’re working on with all the others switched off, and then back again. I’d love it if it could do that, it would save me so much time scrolling through my layers to isolate the layer I want to adjust then having to scroll back through them all again to make them visible again. Please can you put that on your to do list for the next update. That would be the cherry on top for me!

Better Than Expected

There are no glitches in this art app! I can get around filters, colours and layers really easily and the layout is easy to follow and instructions are given for beginners. It has really enhanced my digital drawing ability and am so glad this app came into reach. The other Adobe apps are also worth a download, with photography and heaps more art tricks.
For young to old artists, Adobe Sketch is so worth a buy,
And once you’ve worked on here by all means you can download Adobe Draw! But Sketch covers everything so I’ve never reached out to another art app after this download,
Happy drawing!
