Description

You can use this app to facilitate effective communication between clients and therapists when establish a rehabilitation goal-setting and plan.

This new version of ADOC (Aid for Decision-making in Occupation Choice), ADOC-2, contains renewed processes and an overall design that makes it possible to set goals more intuitively. Using ADOC-2, the client (patient) and the therapist can each choose illustrations of activities of daily living (ADLs), whilst discussing their respective hopes and opinions.
In addition, it is now possible to measure the rate of satisfaction and degree of completion of the selected ADLs and to generate a rehabilitation plan in PDF form.


ADOC-2 can be used not only by occupational therapists, but also by nursing care support specialists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other professionals engaged involved in rehabilitation.


The main changes are as follows.
- It is now possible to plan goals more concretely.
- work-related items and illustrations are now included
- The therapist’s selection and matrix process has been removed.
- An intervention plan can now be selected.
- Performance score can now be measured in addition to satisfaction.
- The price has been significantly reduced.
