All of the information is delivered using the same safe, secure world-class technology that ADP uses everyday to deliver information and services to approximately 600,000 clients around the world. You can enjoy easy access to pay data and corporate directories from your mobile device.

- When you log in, you may not see all of the features listed herein. You will only see information provided to your employer by ADP for the products available for mobile access. If you have questions, review the FAQs, under Settings in the app.

Security:
• All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers
• The mobile application does not transmit or use any sensitive personal information
• All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted
• Username and password protected
• Login sessions time out from inactivity
• Accounts locked out with excessive login failures
• All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted
Requirements:

• ADP Portal Username and Password

Investment options are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product. Investment options in the “ADP Direct Products” are available through ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. (“ADP BD”), Member FINRA, an affiliate of ADP, INC, One ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ 07068 (“ADP”) or (in the case of certain investments), ADP directly.

New version is not working.

I have been using ADP app for the last few years for payslips and other employee documents. It has bugs, but was OK most of the time.
But since the last update every time I log in, all I can see is a white empty screen… nothing else. I have tried to reboot, update, but nothing works… Any advice please?
Update: After a few days, the app went back to life & working fine right now.

Hello, the product team is reviewing this currently. In the meantime, you can utilize the site which is web-enabled. Your payroll/HR person will be able to provide the site to you if needed. Some users have had success restarting the app & have been successful in accessing the app. Thank you, DS.

Rarely works as it should

This app is terrible. It constantly says locked out. Change your password multiple times locked out. Want to view your salary locked out. Change your password password not recognised locked out. Want to use face recognition locked out. Want to skip the face recognition and use password guess what locked out. I’ve used the app with no problem for a month then for no good reason locked out. We changed over a couple of years ago and one month is the longest it’s worked for. Utter rubbish Thank god I don’t have holidays to book on through this app. Why on earth large companies carry on using this is beyond me. I honestly would give zero stars if it was an option

Please try clearing your phone's cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phone's OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator, usually the payroll/hr contact at your company, and they can reach out to their ADP Tech Team to troubleshoot.

Hi been using this as work implemented it. It’s never worked correctly since we started using it. You can’t report it anywhere I can find so hopefully someone will see this and fix it. The quick clock feature has never worked on my iPhone since they put this in. When you log in and clock in it now has the wrong date daily. The clock in needs to be refreshed after you hit the clock or you can’t see if it has worked as nothing happens. It’s just a shambles. Please fix as this is not a quick thing to do and it should be easy. So frustrating. Thanks. If this was sorted it would be better for all.
