App doesn’t even let me on. Even off peak hours 🤷🏾‍♀️ it’s sad. And the few times I actually got a taxi the drivers would tell me that they’re not happy with the way these guys conduct business. Definitely not worth it. Deleted the app. Useless

After years of reliable service, Im experiencing very poor service.

I’ve been using ADT for about 4 years now to get to my Sunday morning shift. Was extremely reliable always on time often early, but as of late, I’ve been very disappointed. I’ve been let down a lot in the past few weeks, thought I’d let it slide the first few times, but today was unacceptable. I prebook my taxis way in advance to avoid them being late or no shows, I had a taxi booked for 5:40 AM to give a little leeway if they were a little late. It got to 5:40 and I had no update on my driver. I called up the operator and they said the driver will be 15-20 mins late, which is fair, understandable, we’re all late sometimes. 25 mins passed and I hadn’t received an update nor had my driver turned up. I phone again and was told it would now be a 7-10 minute wait. It got to 6:20 (40 mins late at this point) and I phoned again and I was told they would have to cancel my trip. So they left me waiting for 40 mins just to cancel my trip. I said if I cancelled would I receive my refund instantly as I wanted to book an Uber, the man said yes instant refund definitely. I cancelled and now 4 hours have passed and still no refund. So because of this, I lost £16 off my days pay. Not happy at all, A few times is acceptable in my eyes, but this is a regular occurrence now. After using ADT for about 4 years and spending well over £3000 over the years for their service, I won’t be using ADT again.

First time using, not impressed

£1.01 authentication still hasn’t been returned 2 days later, they held £4 more than the fair both times, first driver was on the phone for the whole journey and actually removed his hand from the steering wheel to make expressions whilst talking to the caller. Second driver showed up 10 minutes early, which I mentioned so I wasn’t charged waiting time.
